Just a brief update regarding a few bits of information that Storm provided during a conversation today. With this in mind, I set out to find the closest area near his office that made sense for his "first moves" to occur. This suggests it was his lunchtime when things got hairy, so he was most likely either at his desk, speaking with someone in their office, or heading to the cafe.
